DURATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES - The Sweepstakes shall begin at 12:01am (EST) on June 12, 2011, and end at 11:59pm (EST) on July 31, 2011 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
SELECTION OF WINNER/RANDOM DRAWING - The Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 31st, 2011 from among all eligible entries.
PRIZE DETAILS - The prize, or any part thereof, is not transferable. There shall be no substitution of a prize for cash or other goods and services, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize or prizes, of approximately equal or greater value than the original prize(s), if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Only one prize will be awarded. The prize includes room only basis and does not include travel to or from the selected hotel. All food and beverage charges must be settled directly with the hotel.
