Boost Broccoli's Anti-Cancer and Nutritional Benefits

Numerous studies have reported the cancer preventative effect of brassica vegetables including; broccoli, kale, brussel sprouts, cauliflower and cabbage1.
A new study out of the University of Illinois provides convincing evidence that the way you prepare and consume your broccoli matters, and also suggests that teaming broccoli with broccoli sprouts may make the vegetable's anti-cancer effect almost twice as powerful.
