Brain Enhancement - Brain foods And Monatomic Elements

brain foods

There are some very nutrient rich foods that help support the makeup of our entire being functional human beings and the following information will more than enhance your brin function as well as the body’s function itself..

“Dr. Barnard has led numerous research studies investigating the effects of diet on diabetes, body weight, and chronic pain, including a groundbreaking study of dietary interventions in type 2 diabetes, funded by the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Barnard has authored over 70 scientific publications as well as 17 books. As president of the Physicians Committee , Dr. Barnard leads programs advocating for preventive medicine, good nutrition, and higher ethical standards in research. He has hosted three PBS television programs on nutrition and health and is frequently called on by news programs to discuss issues related to nutrition and research. Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Dr. Barnard received his M.D. degree at the George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the same institution. He practiced at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York before returning to Washington to found the Physicians Committee.” - Courtesy of youtube and the above.

Chemicals and toxins to avoid

Toxins are on of the major forms of pollutants in our environment and these affect us on every level day in day out.

“ Are you tired or toxic ? That is a fair question since many symptoms of toxic overload are commonly mislabeled as digestive issues, insomnia, chronic fatigue or even allergies. Listen to Dr. Rostenberg explain how toxins are impacting your body and what you can do to fix it.” - Courtesy of youtube and the above.

Toxin reduction and detoxification

Natural holistic detoxification is one of the best places to start ( apart from the water aspect ) especially if you are going to go on a particular detoxification or series of them to get rid of all the negative crap (for want of a better word) in the or “our bodies” as indicated. Some of the best overall detox programs I have ever come across are listed here but there are many more depending on what you are trying to do and how. From lung detox from smoking to pesticide pollutants the body is more resilient than most people are aware of but having the knowledge as to how to go about the process is the key to making the difference as a whole.

Brain boosters and enhancers

“Brad J. Bushman (Ph.D. 1989, University of Missouri) is a professor of communication and psychology at The Ohio State University, and a professor of communication science at the VU University, Amsterdam. He holds the Margaret Hall and Robert Randal Rinehart Chair of Mass Communication. For over 25 years he has studied the causes, consequences, and solutions to the problem of human aggression and violence. He is a member of President Obama’s committee on gun violence, and has testified before the U.S. Congress on the topic of youth violence. He has published over 170 peer-reviewed journal articles. According to Google Scholar, his articles have been cited over 25,000 times. He is ranked #2 among communication scholars cited in Google Scholar. In 2014 he received the Distinguished Lifetime Contribution to Media Psychology and Technology, American Psychological Association. His research has challenged several myths (e.g., violent media have a trivial effect on aggression, venting anger reduces aggression, violent people suffer from low self-esteem, violence and sex sell products, warning labels reduce audience size). (One of his colleagues calls him the “myth buster.”) His research has been published in the top scientific journals (e.g., Science, PNAS), and has been featured extensively in the mass media (e.g., BBC, New York Times, NPR).” - Courtesy of youtube and the above.

Metabolism proteins and the body’s makeup

The vital aspects of all of our lives relate to the ability of the body to function as part of keeping every aspect of our brains to work (being the electrical aspect) running all cognitive and physical muscle firing patterns to movie.

“Metabolism is a complex process that has a lot more going on than personal trainers and commercials might have you believe. Today we are exploring some of its key parts, including vital nutrients -- such as water, vitamins, minerals, carbs, fats, and proteins -- as well as how anabolic reactions build structures and require energy, while catabolic reactions tear things apart and release energy.” - Courtesy of youtube and the above.

Proteins and Enzymes in brain function

How do proteins and enzymes affect our everyday brain function? Well this is the section of the series of articles where we can cover this aspect in greater detail. We will look at the basics but in enough detail to be aware of how the function of the brain can be vastly improved in many ways but in a simple manner. The following video link will take you on a brief journey as to how this aspect really works!

“About Khan Academy: Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos , and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. Our knowledge of the brain is evolving at a breathtaking pace, and Dr. Lara Boyd is positioned at the cutting edge of these discoveries. In 2006, she was recruited by the University of British Columbia to become the Canada Research Chair in Neurobiology and Motor Learning. Since that time she has established the Brain Behaviour Lab, recruited and trained over 40 graduate students, published more than 80 papers and been awarded over $5 million in funding. “ - Courtesy of youtube and the above.

“Cognitive Neuroscience studies the cognitive and neural basis of mental processes such as perception, action, language, attention and memory. This relatively young discipline seeks to unravel the workings of the human brain. What happens in our brains when we do what we do? How is this fascinating, unbelievably complex 'micro cosmos' inside our skulls organised? How do those billions of nerve cells collaborate in an organ no bigger than half a football?” - Courtesy of youtube and the above.

Brain Functions & Vital Aspects - Stimulants & Effects

Cognitive science and brain functions

“This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. You can train your mind to do what you want it to. Collaboration with your mind is crucial, the pictures you make in your head and the words that you say to yourself influence how you feel. So tell yourself better things, stretch your mind – make the unfamiliar, familiar.

Brain Functions & Vital Aspects - Brain Training Tools

Some of the ten best tips to improving the brain - “How many of you spare some minutes to think about your brain? The one organ that coordinates our body functions? For long, it had been believed that we are stuck with the brain we have got. However, with new researches, it has been proven that we can actually improve the performance of our brain, which not only enhances our reasoning and problem solving skills but also keeps away ailments such as dementia and Alzheimer’s. The tips here are free and effective, which could be employed by anyone. These are 10 of the best tips to boost your brain function .” - Courtesy of youtube and the above.

Brain Functions & Vital Aspects - Monatomics & Effects

Ted talk on brain function One of the best pointers to the boosting of brain function I have ever come across is detailed here in the following video ( brief intro) by David Hudson

The more detailed and actually shocking investigation can be reviewed at the following link .

As detailed above there is much more to the monoatomic aspect then many people are even remotely aware of. We as a people have forgotten more than we could possibly imagine but we were aware of the information a very long time ago. The truth be told we always had the information on all of the secrets held from us all .

If I really want to push brain power what else could I do?

With all of the above being considered, there are further stages to helping you to make the most of your bodily functions especially the brain. The brain is like the computer that runs the vehicle so with all of the rest functioning (let’s say) correctly, what else can we do to improve it? Well this is where Nootropics come in big time .

There are a range of supplements that can be acquired from some very good sources out there which can vastly boost the function of your mind as well as having an incredible effect on the rest of the body so it’s really up to you at the end of the day. You have to decide how far you want to go as it’s nobody else's choice but yours!

In previous articles we looked into some of the aspects (most people are not aware of) regarding deeper information relating to brain function to show how the brain functions for the layman and as to how it really works. So what are some of the changes people in general can make themselves in order to enhance their brain's cognitive performance and where do we start to improve cognitive functions in general?
