Bupa Colon Health Check

This assessment uses a virtual colonoscopy, a new technique that enables doctors to look for polyps (which may become cancerous) and early cancers in the bowel using a CT scanner. Suitable for everyone over the age of 45.

This will need to be performed at a scanning centre. The results are sent to the Bupa centre nearest to you for review with a Bupa doctor. It takes approximately one week to process the results from your scan so the two appointments are scheduled a week apart.Bupa Colon Health is available on its own or as an add-on to Bupa Advanced, Complete and Mature Health.
