“English Breakfast” Healthier Than We Think?

Healthy eating fads come and go, and this time around cereal just might get the boot in favor of a full English breakfast.

According to research out of the University of Alabama, starting the day with a higher fat meal may be better for you heart, metabolism and waistline than a breakfast that is full of carbs.  If these study results are correct, it’s a sad, sad day for pancake lovers, unless they like breakfast for dinner.  Read the rest of this entry »
