		<description>A very intersting article and surely useful for all those suffering from hayfever. After readin the article I wonder however whether I should in creas fish consumption which would help to increase omega 3 fatty acids in my body or should I avoid fish as it would increase my histamine levels. Similarly should I increase meat consumption to assure a good level of vitamin B6 or should I avoid it as it could raise the histamine levels?
