		<description>Very interesting read.  At no point did I ever assume men would suffer from postpartum depression.  Stepping back and actually looking at many new dads situation, it is overwhelming and a new change for them.</description>

		<description>I completely agree that this is a problem. I would urge physicians to consider use of physical therapy. While it is easiest if your patient has a musculoskeletal pain problem, morbid obesity is an ICD-9 code that is covered by some insurances. Even in the simplest of all clinics, an obese patient will receive some kind of conditioning exercise and sometimes just the knowledge of what they can do SAFELY helps remove the first hurdle to exercise. While I can&#039;t make a patient exercise outside the clinic, perhaps giving them more information about the safe method(s) for them will allow them to take that step.

I think another problem is that exercising alone isn&#039;t going to work for many people. Finding family friends, or even an exercise video to get you going is a much bigger motivator.</description>
