Can you recommend something to treat facial acne? I’m getting really frustrated by these menace… What have you tried before that really worked for you in getting it off? Thanks.

You can’t get it all off. You can minimize them, though. Just keep your face clean using a facial wash like nivea blue. Then apply an anti-acne product like cleocin-t gel. My derm prescribed me this. Pretty much available in any pharmacy out there. Keep your hands from touching your face as much as possible, by the way. This is to avoid irritating your skin. Hope this helps.
