I regularly suffer Migraines, at least two a month, usually brought on by relaxing after a period of stress.
I normally have a warning by visual disturbance in the form of a watery obscuring of vision in both eyes which then turns into losing vision on the left side. This will last about 15 minutes and if untreated is follewed by an intense headache. However if I take two paracetamol at onset of the visual disturbance, 99% of the time they stop the headache. I hope this might help other sufferers. - Dale Kinstead
