I'm a ballet dancer and a couple of weeks ago I twisted my ankle at a class.. It's been sore ever since and is really interefering with my practice.. I can't afford to take any time of training but I'm not sure if I should just keep going if it's not getting any better. I have tried ice after practice but it seems to sieze up the next day. Then it takes a long time to get moving again. What should I do? - Sue
