I've also had on and off migraines for the last few years. I have found that if I get a massage around my neck shoulders and temples when I get that 'migraine' feeling I can sometimes fend it off before it strikes.. Once it kicks in though it's all over..:( - tobias

I have been sturggling with migraine headaches for years now. Recently I tried a combination of magnesium and feverfew. The results have been fantastic! I still get the odd migraine but the pain doesn't seem to be so bad. It may be a placebo effect but who cares if I feel better...;D - chantelle
