Bupa Liver Health Check
Liver problems are linked to alcohol consumption and obesity. In the early stages they can be very hard to detect, but if caught early enough, they can often be treated.We use a scan to obtain an accurate picture of your liver’s health. Capable of spotting abnormalities before blood tests can, it checks for signs of fibrosis and cirrhosis which can result from lifestyle issues, metabolic syndrome and excessive alcohol intake.
The Bupa Liver Health check includes the following tests: blood biochemistry profile; blood haematology profile and FibroScanTM of the liver
