If you simply cannot do without your morning cup of coffee don’t panic.
Research conducted by www.realage.com reveals that one cup of coffee a day can help reduce the risk of cancer of the mouth, pharynx and oesophagus. Women who drink two cups a day are 19% more likely to have a stroke (but only if you don’t smoke have a history of high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes ) while three cups a day can help your grey matter. Research shows that middle aged adults who drink three cups a day are 65% less likely to develop dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. More on coffee and alzheimer's. All good reasons to sustain that caffeine addiction – in moderation of course.
